If you're not satisfied with your polished draft, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Email us at hello@slopandthink.com with your order number (sent in your receipt) and we'll process it.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via our checkout provider, Shopify Payments. They typically appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.
